TAKE NOTICE that the following unlicensed person has committed a default in respect of the
supply or sale of livestock or livestock products to a livestock dealer:
Name of Unlicensed Person: Cody & Angel KOHUT
Town/City and Province: High River, Alberta
Any livestock dealer who has a claim against the above-named unlicensed person arising from a
default in respect of a supply or sale of livestock or livestock products may submit a claim with
Livestock Identification Services Ltd.
All claims must be submitted by October 16, 2026.
